Little Golem News: iPhone support

Since I am iPhone owner I usually play Little Golem games on this one. Because it was not very comfortable, I made special iphone pages for it and I change size of graphics in several games. iPhone users can type address www.littlegolem.net and they are redirected to www.littlegolem.net/iphone. There are some screenshots from iPhone: M - return to main page S - skip game I - info Comments

Well, at least in 19x19, go boards are rotated from its original position... it is a little confusing for me :)

Is there a significant difference in server load between the two styles of page? If so, and it’s more lightweight, should I change RoRoRo to read the iPhone page instead of the normal page?

Einstein board is right. You play always from right-bottom to left-top.

yes, well, I do prefer this way of playing Einstein, but in the non-optimized page it doesn’t work like that and it was confusing.

sorry I am visiting a friend and didn’t notice he was logged in. It was me who wrote the former.

For simply playing another move, the iphone layout is nice on a regular screen as well (e.g. if your computer is used for other work officially, but you can afford some space on the desktop)

You could add a little help button on the page since one letter abbreviations are not obvious (ex. S could stand either for ‘skip’ or for ‘Submit’). I like the graphics, but the page could be more self explanatory :-)

The Twixt board looks boring and difficult to view. How about some guide lines:

For Go, the board looks great. Could we get the same look on the regular (non-iphone) page?

The iPhone site works quite well on my Android phone, so it would be nice if you added the redirect from www.littlegolem.net to the iPhone site for Android too. Also, I think the toroidal go board should have a shadowed area like in the full site, it makes it much easier to understand the board.

The iPhone version is what keeps me so active on the site! But I was wondering if it was possible to make the buttons bigger in Go19? |
