First of all, congrats to gamesorry. I was wondering though, why a tournament ends when all groups are not finished. Does time run out and then its a rating issue? I just don't know.
Actually, the tournament isn't over. It's just that the winner is known as soon as the top group finishes. The next round won't start (and the players won't be assigned to new groups) until the rest of the groups complete.
