In the new design it's impossible to make a move (Windows 8.1, IE 11). You can't mark a piece to move and a target-field. Also the drop-down-menu is not useable with touch-screens.

I am having a similar problem. The new design worked at first. But now,  the information on the right is overlapping the game board and I can't see all the pieces or move to the squares on the right.  I can move elsewhere though.
