GAME LENGTH

how will i know when game is over? is there a time element?

  • klaashaas at 2003-08-12

Yes, 2 x 25 minutes. One move is one minute. The first two moves (placing your men) don't count. When it's a draw after fulltime, the sudden death stage will start. I don't know if there's a time-element there.

Yes. 10 'minutes' so 10 turns per player.

So there can be maximum 72 numbered turns in the list of turns. If no-one scores in extra time, then the winner is the player who scored the last goal in normal time. But that brings you only 3 tournament points, 2 points for your opponent. I've seen many decisions during extra time. Did anyone play a match with equal score till the end (turn 72).

what if no one has scored after the first 52 moves?

  • Ken at 2003-08-12

and neither side scores in the extra 10 minutes afterward?

  • Ricardo (Santos) at 2003-08-12

Oooh!!! So there can never be a draw??

  • Dvd Avins at 2003-08-12

There can be a draw if no one scores at all. Then each player gets two points.

it would be nice to see those stats in a page, so we can look at them when we want, and the same with the other games.
