To my big surprise, kingofthebesI played 47 c6-d7 and announced “gg”, a move that I don’t remember having even considered. I was really disappointed not to have forseen this move and I thought “man, I should have played the other one 46 a8-b7”. All my plans crumbled and I assumed without thinking that “gg” means he’s got the obvious a6-a7-b8 win. So I thanked him for the game and resigned on the next move. Of course, a8-a7 instead of resign saves the game and lead to the outcome that my opponent probably expected when he said “gg”.
