Plurals and singulars are considered as the same word—-why is this not true? GoE scores the words separately

Not true. my word was not highlighted as i put a singular and not plural, but after i did the math, i found it WAS counted

I stand corrected. I had two words not highlighted, but when i did the math it also added up. Thank you Jason

The algorithm used for highlighting has been different from the algorithm that does the scoring for a long time.
