DVONN is a great game. Automatic random setup makes playing DVONN tournaments great for beginners. I have tried to interest a talented game friend in DVONN. He doesn't play tournaments. We didn't get past the 48 turns required for setup before he found the game boring and pointless. I wish that automatic setup was an option on non-tournament games so that I could interest talented game friends in learning DVONN. This option should be easy for Little Golem because they already have the procedures worked out. I wrote a note to webmaster@littlegolem.net but got no response. Anybody have any ideas?
