Tournament question 2012-02-01 JerNYC I signed up for a Go Moku MC tournament but since it didn’t specify a variant, I assumed the default variant was the old version used on this site. Instead it’s Go Moku Pro. Does this mean there won’t be tournaments for the old version? It’s also carrying over my rating from the old version even though I’ve never played the Go Moku Pro on here. My rating should start at 1500. 2012-02-02 Duke of Prunes Did you really liked the “old” version? 2012-02-03 JerNYC Well I found it more challenging than the standard version on the other sites. I just think all versions should be offered in tournament form or at least specify the version in the signup area. 2012-02-03 Duke of Prunes The only way to play a Tournament in the “old” version is creating an User Tournament. Members can do that. I am I Member. If you want, I will create it. But I will not register! I only play the 9x9 new version, and I like. Thus, we will see how many players still like old version – not so many, in my opinion
