    Could you get the same results if each partial treatment is random

    Examples:-

    Current trial 50% receive the drug for 10 treatments and 50% get 10 placebos

    Compared with a trail where each treatment is random, if 10 treatments then 1 in 1024 chance of receiving drug each time,

    same chance to get placebo, the rest as in a binomial distribution

    The idea been if a drug is worth testing then limit the chance of zero and 100% use happening

    This was triggered by Dr John Campbell stating when he was applying a trail he knew that the patient was on placebo because no reaction

    and likely to die
