It looks like new championships aren't starting at all when old ones end. OSKI, QYPS, Four in a Row, and Twixt PP (at least) all reached an end to every championship game in every group well over a week ago, and none has started a new tournament. In some cases it's been almost a month. Can anything be done about this?
