For the monthly cup there are already 8 participants, where only 5 are necessary. Why does the system not start a new group??

Probably a bug, there are many games where my opponents have negative time to make a move.

Yes, this used to happen often, I haven't seen happening in recent months/years. Negative times in games and torurnaments not starting were symptoms.

It's a deamon/process/job that Richard needs to restart.
