I agree. Especially if you have 5 or 6 different word games going when your turn pops up you cant recall what your word was that you want to play or what to bid again.. Would it be a difficult code to add I wonder?
I have a quaint, old fashioned tool I use for such a purpose. It's possible you may have heard of it and if so, you may wish to give it a try. It's called a PIECE OF PAPER and a PENCIL. :)
i go through so much paper in the course of a day
that im thinking of seeking out one of those magic pads i had when i was a kid
you write on it and then lift the sheet and its gone a brand new piece for the day
LOL
yea, my pad of papper that I use is almost used through - now I need to go search my house for a new pad of papper to start using! ------------- I basicly make a little section on the paper, write down the players name and game number (since the player could change names) - and keep track of all the words that I find. I actually keep track all through the game - which does come in handy. For example, I'm playing someone - I search the whole board for words - write down all the I find - and say for example I use a word from the upper right corner. Later, my oponent also finds a word from the upper right corner - well that saves me from a lot of searching since I had already searched the other 3 corners! - now I just need to search around the upper right corner for words!. Ok, that was BBW's tip of the day! :-)
I agree with the need for pencil and paper handy beside the dictionary. When playing a lot of games, it is REAL easy to forget the juicy word you found and keep up bidding on it. Then when you have finally wore your opponent down and they pass...you can't find anything worth half of what you just gave away. I HATE it when I do that! The new plan is NOTES!!!!! ( and give BBW's method a try :-)
I tried the pen and paper (sorry, no pencil handy). :-)
I kept losing my notes. My desk is a mess, and if I access the game from home, that just doesn't help. :-( Now, maybe if I had a Palm...
