Instant notification, and speed up when both online

Someone suggested to extend the 'notification by mail' to instant message systems, like ICQ, and MSN. Allthough I don't see the gain it might have some, when both players are online. (I think it helps players with few ongoing games)------------------
2 other ways to speed up those games where both players are online: ---1--- Put these games in front of the game list (as an option, or in case of no real time pressure in other games.) ---2--- Put a sign next to the games of players that have moved within the last half hour, or so.
