Messages

not sure who to direct this problem at.
I access this site through NTL cable :((( and cannot access large pages.
I use the messages as a quick way to chat rather than using the message facility with each game.
having old messages kept on the system for 30days is causing me problems messaging - I cannot even get to read my incoming messages, let alone reply!!
could the 30 day rule be changed, or could we have a delete read messages button so we can delete our old messages.
This is a great site, but this little quirk is very annoying.
Hope someone can help :)

A suggestion might be to just show the 10 or 20 most recent messages on the first page - and for people who want to go read older message, can access a different page. I personaly don't need to save any messages after I read them, but others might like to be able to see "older" messages. +++++ BBW

or not deleting 'new' messages, and make a possibility to 'save' messages.
