Monthly Championship Go ??

How come Go 19X19 does not have monthly tournaments?

I guess Richard decided they would be lasting to many years, or so, and didn't want to organize them...

I plan new feature: winners of monthly cup will be play in next championship in 1st league. Or for Go on 19x19 I can create handicap tournaments - where all games will be with handicap.

It all sounds so good. Now how can I find more time to play
