Sorry to hear about the troubles Richard. We all hope it works out and you get a new host soon. This has turned in to a great site but the problem with a great site is it attacts more ppl and there goes your bandwidth. Lots of luck...

I recommend Pair, in the US: see www.pair.com. The site www.pagat.com has ended up there after another host complained about pagat's use of bandwith. And I have used Pair myself, for www.britgo.org, and been very satisfied with them.

A similer problem occured at GT3 Times & the only way that the site could remain free was to "shutdown" the site for a few days toward the end of each month just before the bandwidth limit was reached.! --- Since its to late 4 this action to be taken, maybe it could be an option if this ever happens again.??? --- Another way is a restriction to the number of games allowed per player.??? --- Best of luck Richard.

I understand the restrictions being introduced, however I have 3 reversi tournament games that will not allow me to make a move, could someone please explain.

lion, the key is that not all your tournament games are 'championship' games. See http://www.littlegolem.net/jsp/tournament/index.jsp

It says "Championship is long-termed tournament. In first league is one group, in second league are two groups,in third league are four groups etc. Every group have 9 players. These players play round robin tournament. First and second player will promote to higher level in next round."

I hope the problems will be solved because this is a wonderful site! Has the chess championship (should have started 1/10) been postponed as a result of the restrictions?

I guess it is portponed... it would be stupid to reduce bandwidth one way and create new pressure on the bandwidth by starting a lot of new games...

I propose not to show stopped games in section "Your turn" .

Probably make new section, probably change color, probably add some flag...

I am thinking about resign some monthly cups...

Only joke (!!!): Rio give to Hjallti limit of sending messages! ;-)))
