still restriction?

I saw yesterday the server moved, and now I still get restrictions, can somebody clear out what is supposed to happen in the next 10 days. (dropping restriction, time-out rules reinstated, Championships starting,...)

About a minute ago, I sent my fifth move of the day, and then up popped the restriction notice when the next game came on screen.

I am getting a restriction after 5th move
and trying to play games other peoples finished games
a pro though the site seems faster
