Go 19x19 rating tournaments or a new championsip

I know it's not a good time to ask this, but wouldn't be possible to increase the difference in rating between the players for the 19x19 rating tournaments? I stay in top of the list like... forever. I can't get a decent 19x19 game...

Or maybe we could make a new type of championship with groups of "n" players in order of the rating list. I think someone proposed something similar already.

This is clearly a problem not only in Go. Players at the very top and very bottom of the list may come part of a group where there simply are not enough opponents to start a rating tournament. Bela's idea or the idea of 'Ling of the hill' or other ladder tournaments could solve this.
