I stepped through that game, one move at a time, through the entire game, and the board position I see matched the game notation perfectly. Everything looks fine.

Is it possible your board didn't refresh from a few moves ago, and maybe you're just seeing a position from earlier in the game? Try refreshing your browser or maybe viewing it with a different browser.

I can offer no reason why you should be able to make a move for White, if you're Black.

Strange. Clearing the cache didn't change anything. This is the notation I see:

  1. d4 g6 2. f3 c6 3. c3 Bf4+ 4. Ne3 Qh6 5. Qf2 Bxh2 6. Bxh2 Qxh2 7. Bd3 Ne6 8. O-O-O f5 9. c4 Nxd4 10. Nc2 Nxc2 11. Bxc2 Qc7 12. Qd4 Nf7 13. b3 e5 14. Qc3 e4 15. f4 Qxf4+ 16. Rd2 Qe5 17. Qxe5 Nxe5 18. Red1

Yet there is a black queen at f4 giving check and marked as having made the last move.

The problem was resolved as soon as I switched to the classical board design.

It is impossible to open a chess game in the new format on my Windows/Chrome computer. It can be done on my iPhone. That means I cannot make Crazyhouse moves on my computer.

It is also impossible to use the Analyze function on the computer, because it's only accessible in the new format.

Actually, the same goes for all games that use the new system (for instance Fendo), I get a message “Token expired” and nothing loads. The app on Android works fine. Chromium and Brave both work, I only get the problem in Firefox. When checking the network traffic, I see an HTTP 500 error on the info?token API call, which is probably the cause of the failure.

I'm getting this on Firefox, too. I lost a vacation day on account of it and I'm about to lose another, so I'm going to try a few different things to see what works. The new system never has worked in-browser on my phone--at least with Firefox--and I still don't trust the app after all the incidents with people getting to make moves in others' games.

It works in Opera on Windows, and I confess I stopped experimenting there (with the first thing I've tried) for now because I really just wanted things to work.
