Most is clear for me, but I would like to find some indication in a specific championship tournament round robin about which player(s) will promote and who will get drop down. For instance, if we are only with 7, does it mean that even the last player stays into the same league, or does (s)he drop down?
There is only rule for promote. First two players promote to higher level. Players drop down if group is full (all groups in level have 9 players). For example for first level. If there are 4 promote players, from first level drop down 4 players, but if there for example 6 promote players (if there is more players on second place), 6 players drop down (only players 1-3. have safety place in next championship). It is similar for others levels. If into 2nd level promote 8 players, 8 players must drop down. But if doesn't exist more levels, and doesn't exist promote players, nobody is dropped down. New players will play on lowest level.
So if you in lowest level now, you can't drop down, even if a new level would be created by new intrances, right?
I don't understand why top 3 places are safe, if equal 2nd places promote as well.... You could have 4 or 5 players on second place (or 9 at first in fact)..
First three players have bigger priority than first two players from lower level. I create order of players for 1st level: [1st level1][2nd level1][3rd level1][1st level2][2nd level2][4th level1]...[9th level1][3rd level2][4th level2]... a similarly for others levels.
