how long the games (and messages btw) are being kept in archives?

If they can not be kept in perpetuity, I vote we keep games of tournement level one players the longest (for the edification of the rest of us).

It seems that all games and messages are still be kept. I don't think storage for this should be a problem, just my guess though...

Until now this is not a problem. Database has 230 Mb now.

Will LittleGolem be able to handle the increased load?

If not, I will increase hardware - more memory and better processor - now is used some old (maybe < 1Ghz). And with more memory I can update software - large memory cache (probable EJB).

Richard, will you be able to finance the increased resources?

It is depended on toleration of my wife :)

I don't want limit players with number of moves per day or use some problematic advertisement as is popup window (until now I use only free exchange banner system). Maybe I introduce some system of donation or membership.
