And why not? Maybe some of the players have double personalities. Or they just want to practise in public. Or just showing off.

Anyway, it doesn't affect the rating so this "bug" could stay unfixed, I believe.

OK, now I got it. It is a bug because only black or only white player can move.

If you try to accept your own game from the waiting room, you are told you can't. So it is surprising that you can send yourself an invitation, and accept it. It seems harmless enough, though.

I see that a game against yourself is counted twice in the count of your active games; but is only listed once.

I have now played a complete game of 9x9 Go with myself, and had it scored. I was expecting to be credited with one win and one loss, but I see it has been registered as two wins to me. I suppose this is right in a way, as we were both playing black :-)

Interesting stuff :) How do the "my score" statistics change after a game against yourself? :)

Ahh, this is old hat, I did this weeks ago.

However, I don't see that it's any kind of problem...

(See my only (2) games of 9x9 go, I won/lost by resignation :-))

Yes, maybe is harmless.. but looking from a programmer point of view this is a bug.

I tried, you tried, another player tries.. and so long.. in this way the data base grow, with inutile stuff.

Is that corect?

Interesting. If you resign, your game record is credited with one win and one loss. But if you finish the game, you get two wins.

A while ago, I wanted to test some rules, so I created an additional account called UNRATED TESTER. Had I known about this, I wouldn't have had to create an additional account at all.
