-14 h left??

is it possible to have -14h left? look at game #46999

Sometimes the program that starts new tournaments and deals with clocks that reach 0 (deals with them by assigning a vacation day or forfeiting the player) gets turned off. No tournament has started for 22 hours, either.

Yesterday I could not reach the server at all and thus could not make any moves. Maybe it has a connection with the clock problem?

I also couldn't connect after about 12pm BST (I think) and before 11pm BST.
