Trouble signing up for tournament.

I've tried twice now to join the 13x13 monthly ratings tournament for go. I thought at first that I just had to wait a whil for more people to sign up, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Is there a limit to how many games/ tournaments one can sign up for? I thought I clicked on the go tournament before the amazon tournament which I was successfully signed up for.

If we recieved some sort of notice as to our status it would be helpful.
