getting up some rules somewhere

Actually I'm dragging out a request I made earlier in other treads, but I think an additional request may be interesting.................
It would be nice to see somewhere rules on this site. Request1 : rules for the actual treatment of tournaments, a specially 1a Monthly Cup::what happens in the next round in case of double victory 1b in the championship in cases of draws.
R2 : WGW longer rules...
R3 : other game, small rules
R4 : FAQ

I am new here and would like to have info on games the site etc.. I cant find any info on say How many games you are allowed to play at one time?

Number of games is not limited.
