I know this is an odd question but 1 that i have been wondering about.

Well Richard Malaschitz has an e-mail address that ends with .cz - which is the Czech Republic. So I'm guessing that is where it is located, but I'm sure when he logs on, he can tell you for sure! :-)

Yes. I live already 20 months in Prague/Czech Republic. Server is located there too, and programmers who helped me are from Czech Republic or from Slovakia. BTW this weekend will be in Prague CE - MSO http://www.hrejsi.cz/mso2002/en/index.htm
