when are the matches to begin? I sent out my two invitations nearly a week ago and neither has been accepted. I also have only received one of two invitations (Reemi and I began our game on May 29)

There were information in messages to the captains that the team has time to 6th of June to start its games. Don't worry. I'm sure your games will start soon. :)

As seen from the results, Hungary is slowest out of the gate with only one (Reemi) of the four players starting games. USA B has two players not yet starting, while Switzerland and Cosmo are the only other teams with one inactive player. Of the six teams with five players, only Czechia+Slovakia advanced.

Which we will likely lose with a narrow margin, 41-39 or so. USA A has been by far the favorite of SSTT3, so we can be proud to give them a hard test.

But lets hope for the best -- we might even win.

Unlikely, but maybe not that unlikely. In the preliminary round the seeding keeps teams of similar strength apart.
