Incorrect situation/solution?

In my game 1378920 after move 24 I have 1 and I can't go outside field with my encircle player. I just can go to ball and kick it (means just switch position of my player and ball). Where is the problem or what is solution ?!

You say you got a "1", but to me, it seems like you've gotten a "4". Anyway, it SHOULD be possibly to go outside the field, I think, so if you can't, it seems to me like some sort of bug.

You can't go out of the field because that field (behind the goal-net) is not allowed. So, I think there is no bug here (just a weird result of the rule set).
