Certainly many of you are surprised that I will win the championship – be sure that I myself am the most surprised of all! Being incredibly lucky I have beaten better players than me.

Though knowing this well of course I’m glad to win! Thanks to diego44 who taught me to play (and unfortunately this time didn’t participate in league 1 of the championship), thanks to wccanard whose files helped a lot to improve my play (a pity he doesn’t play any more – come back!), and thanks to all the players here who brought (and bring) me the pleasure of challenging games! It’s nice to meet people who enjoy thinking!

I think wccanard may have still been on the way up, but certainly Scot was a formidable opponent that even wccanard feared.

I also remember that he mentioned that michael and gej were guys to beat too. Many of the others on that list were relatively new, thus wc seemed to not have war stories to tell about them during chit-chat during games, so lack of mention isn't intended as an insult to anyone.

It looks like flipster's curve hasn't reached steady-state yet either.

Thank goodness we still have a reasonable number of the top players still playing.

BTW...do u know about YTMT/JIJBENT?

One thing I know is that while you, using the names Sweet Kid and Svveet Kid have been caught cheating at Dots and Boxes here. That, and that one of your sock-puppets here was called 'Jeena'.

The only thing I know about YTMT is that there's a player called 'Jeena' with a vastly higher rating at D&B than everyone else.

From these two things I conclude that, whatever Jijbent is, there's a pretty high chance you cheat there as well.
