I don't understand why Richard had 0 rather than 0,00% in the first posted table. I always understood that the difference was certainty, and he still had a change to win at that point.

RoRoRo calculates stochastically. That means if you have a theoretical, yet very small chance of winning, it's possible that in all of RoRoRo's calculations (is it 100.000?) you won none of the times, and then RoRoRo will think that it's impossible for you to win. If you won even one single time in all of RoRoRo's calculations, your probability will show as 0.00 rather than 0.

At least that's my understanding. I'm sure Phil can correct me :-)

"If I show your probability of winning or drawing to be 0.00% or 100.00%, that means that in at least one of the simulations had a different outcome. However, if I show simply '0' or '100%', then every single one of the simulations achieved the same result."

I thought the same at the moment I submitted actually. I should have been first with that comment, but I wasn't sure :-)

Just follow the link in his 1st post to the thread. It's currently 50000 sims. There's little reason to crank that up, as the simulation is more accurate than the ratings are.
