Bot game is in perpetual passing with no end

I think this is a draw because when you add the scores for both players, they are the same.

That wasn't the issue.

1) the bot was continually passing as was I, but the game did not terminate.

2) If the bot took the center square it would win

I guess Richard didn’t allow the game to draw if the scores were tied but maybe the bot didn’t realize it could take the neutral ? which bot ?
