Do I have to resign in this case?

In this game, I’m unable to make a move or pass, so am I supposed to resign? I couldn’t find a rule for this situation, and was hoping that I could score 24+1 ..

I think you can click on a piece and the click it again, which means end it's move in the same place as it started

Ah I guess it's a bug on the LG's mobile App then - I'm able to click on it on my laptop but not in the app. Thanks!
