Why non-uniform categorization for different board sizes among different games.

Hi.

Why hex board size 13x13 and 19x19 are considered independent, rather than a single one with variations (Like Havannah).

Is there anything special about Go and Hex regarding board size which don't extends to Havannah, hence the need for different categories for different board sizes?.

Regards.
