I note that Jonathan and bennok have the exact same score (only one win against #9). Jonathan is 2 points higher rated, yet bennok has a higher probability of winning, according to the rororobot. Is it a minor bug in the calculations? Or maybe roro knows something I don't ?

It's not calculations. It's simulation. :)

I am pretty sure this is within confidence bounds.

I think he does 30000 simulations, so you certainly shouldn't be putting too much weight on the hundredths of percents. The last 4 predictions show that he favours one of them twice, and the other one twice. Note, however, that when it comes to p(down), the player with the lower rating has had a higher probability of demotion all 4 times.
