connect6 analysis board stopped working

When I try to use the analysis board, I get this message:

Go 1.9 is no longer available. Please refer to https://goo.gl/aESk5L for more information.

It was working fine up until a couple of days ago

I'm seeing the same error elsewhere, not for game analysis. Pretty sure it's some Google functionality that needs to be fixed.

Based on the error message google deprecated Go 1.9 and app owner must upgrade to 1.11
