It looks like Richard M. changed this tournament from the first shogi championship to a user tournament. It was tournament shogi.ch.1.1.1 but now it is ut.shogi.192.1.1 That means registration is still open for the first championship!
I presume RoRoRo's crashed (I've not had a chance to check on him yet, just got back from holiday, and have done nothing apart from wash cat-piss out of muy clothes :-( ). If it's a UT, then will there be a 2nd round - and should that be the one that the predictions are for some time in the future?
